1. Returns
You have about 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@bercomall.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.
- Pack the items securely in the original product packaging, if possible.
- Include the original packing slip or a copy of your receipt with the RA number clearly marked on it.

3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and indicate your exchange request. Exchanges are subject to availability.
